Okay, so, duplicate your base and set it to Screen. (I used 100%, but you can lower it if your picture’s already super bright)
Next, make a new layer and fill it with F3DF00. Set it to Linear Burn. WOO. Looks crazy, hm?
New Selective Color layer:
REDS

YELLOWS
C: -100
M: 8
Y: -40
B: 0
NEUTRALS:
C: 100
M: 14
Y: -20
B: 0
ANOTHER New Selective Color layer:
REDS
C: -100
M: 0
Y: 100

M: -100
Y: -100

NEUTRALS:

Alright, now a new Color Balance layer.
Midtones: -100, +8, 0
Shadows: -67, -31, -23
Hightlights: -12, -3, +6
And last Selective Color layer:
REDS
