First thing of all, crop and duplicate your base and set the duplicate to soft light 50%.

Create a curves layer
Channel RBG:
First point: input:160 output:230
Second point: input:40,output:90
Set this layer to normal 45%.

Now make a channel mixer layer (Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Channel Mixer):
Output Channel Red: 132, -35, 0
Output Channel Green: 0, 100, 0
Output Channel Blue: -55, 60, 100

And now fill a new layer with #f5b5c9 and set the color layer to soft light 50%.
